Golden colour. Yellow nectarine, grapefruit, cinnamon and ginger, a little mint and white flower. It’s fresh in grapefruity acidity, but has a gentle caramel richness in with yellow fruit,  an attractive flinty grip, subtle oxiditive charm, and a tight and spicy finish. Excellent drink.
Complexity all ready, and a distinct ‘white Burgundy’ feel.
